Basic movements, positions, and concepts with no sparring — a comfortable on-ramp for anyone stepping on the mat for the first time.
Grappling without the gi — faster pace, body control, scrambles, and submission chains including the leglocks game.
Fun, safe, and age-appropriate. Kids learn movement, respect, and self-defense while building confidence and friendships on the mat.
Structured training built for teens — develops discipline, self-defense skills, and confidence in a positive, competitive environment.
High-intensity session for active competitors. Sharp technique, hard sparring, and real match preparation.
