When you submit a contact or free-class form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any notes you provide (experience level, source, questions). We do not collect anything you don't type into the form yourself.
Strictly to respond to your inquiry, schedule your class, and follow up if you haven't replied. If you become a member, we use your contact info for scheduling and billing only.
We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Your data is stored on our form provider and email service and is only accessed by True Believer Jiu-Jitsu staff.
This site uses minimal analytics to understand which pages people read and which browsers they use. No personal identifiers are sent to third-party ad networks.
You can request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing jake@truebelieverjiujitsu.com. We'll confirm within a few business days.
Attending a class or signing up for a membership requires signing our liability waiver in person before stepping on the mat. That document is separate from this online privacy policy and is handled during check-in at the academy.
If we update this policy, the date of the most recent revision will appear at the bottom of this page. Material changes will be announced by email to active members.
